@a5tattoos

I wouldn't be here without the people who taught me along the way, or the clients who trust me with their skin. I'd be honored to make something with you.

Where it started

At 16 I went through a rough patch and ended up in art classes to get my head straight. That's where I met a few tattoo artists. They didn't have to give me the time of day, but they did, and that changed where I was headed.

02

The apprenticeship

I started my apprenticeship at 17, and I'm thankful I got the chance so young. For two years I learned the fundamentals the long way. Technique, precision, and the responsibility of putting something permanent on someone. Those years taught me to never stop learning.

03

Bamboo

When I landed at Bamboo, I found my people. I've made good friendships there, and I owe a lot to Todd. I've learned plenty from him and I don't take that for granted. This work isn't just about the ink; it's about the people around you.

Where I'm at

I've put in the work to get here, but I know I've still got plenty to learn, and I'm thankful for that. None of this happens alone. Every person who's taught me something and every client who's trusted me is part of why I get to do what I love. Still grateful. Still growing.

My work lives on my Instagram. Black and grey realism is where my heart is right now, and it's the direction I'm looking to take on more of, but I'm always happy to talk through whatever you have in mind. Have a look, and if it feels right, I'd love to hear from you.
